By accessing or using The Fx Banker (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To use our platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be from any restricted jurisdiction as per our compliance policies
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from our platform

We may request additional verification documents to confirm your eligibility at any time.

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

Our platform offers automated trading bot investments with the following plans:

• Silver Bot: Minimum investment $100 - Maximum $1,000
• Gold Bot: Minimum investment $1,000 - Maximum $5,000
• Platinum Bot: Minimum investment $5,000+ (unlimited)

Important: Trading involves significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.

All trades are executed automatically based on the bot's algorithm. We do not guarantee any specific returns.

Deposits: Funds can be deposited via bank transfer, USDT (TRC20/BEP20), or other supported methods. Deposits are credited to your Main Wallet.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours after approval. Minimum withdrawal amount may apply depending on the method selected.

Fees: Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method used. Fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal.

When trades generate profit, the distribution is as follows:

• 70% of profit goes to your Profit Wallet (available for withdrawal)
• 30% of profit goes to your Capital Return Wallet (builds your capital)

Profits are distributed automatically after each trade closes. You can track your earnings in real-time on your dashboard.

Our referral program allows you to earn commission:

• Share your unique referral code with friends and family
• Earn 10% commission from the trading profits of your direct referrals
• Commissions are credited to your Commission Wallet
• Referral commissions can be withdrawn after they are processed
• No limit on the number of referrals you can bring

The following fees may apply to your account:

• Deposit Fees: No fees for most supported methods
• Withdrawal Fees: 0.5% - 2% depending on the method selected
• Inactivity Fee: $5/month after 6 months of inactivity
• Trading Fees: Included in the profit calculation (already deducted)
• Conversion Fees: May apply for currency conversion

All fees are transparent and displayed before you confirm any transaction.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral system
• Engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform
• Using automated bots or scripts to create fake referrals
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Using the platform for any purpose other than its intended use
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• If we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Upon your written request (subject to withdrawal conditions)
• If we are required to do so by law
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if termination was due to violation of terms. If you voluntarily close your account, you may withdraw your remaining balance subject to our withdrawal policies.

The Fx Banker and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from trading activities
• Technical issues, downtime, or maintenance interruptions
• Third-party payment processor failures or delays
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the last 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Fx Banker is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

By using our platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered jurisdiction for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
